Home system, owner not registered for GST: $38.64 per STC, no GST
Business system, owner registered for GST: $38.64 + $3.86 GST = $42.50 per STC

Paid within 1 business day of approval of a complete claim. No fees, lock-in or minimum.

What a claim needs

An STC assignment form: the system owner assigns the right to create the STCs to the registered agent
A written compliance statement from the designer and installer
A written statement from the retailer. Panels and batteries each need their own
A certificate of electrical safety (WA also needs a Notice of Completion)
Photos with time, date and location: panel or battery serial numbers, the inverter serial number and the installer on site
For a battery: geotagged, timestamped photos of the critical labelling
For a heat pump or solar water heater, the regulator asks for less: the assignment form, a certificate of compliance from the installer, and the invoice or a date-stamped photo of the unit
