What BridgeSelect does for the office and the installer
BridgeSelect is an app and a portal. Its site says it suits installers, retailers, certificate traders, wholesalers and manufacturers, and that everyone works in one app and portal. The regulator lists it as an installer app provider in its Solar Panel Validation initiative (page updated 30 October 2026).

On panel validation, the regulator says installers use these apps to scan serial numbers on site, that a verified panel can be confirmed within seconds, and that the app then produces signed data packages to help agents create STCs. It also says it can process claims faster this way, but not if it finds other compliance risks. Why panel validation matters.
What stays the same when you add a trader
- The login. BridgeSelect says you can work with multiple rebate companies from a single login, and its site lists multi-trader collaboration as a feature. Each trader has its own login page address, and ours is here.
- The installers' habits. The scanning, photos and signatures BridgeSelect describes above are the ones your installers already do on site. We do not ask for a different app or a different way to capture a job.
- Your other trader. You can keep your current trader for as long as you like. Send us one job and see how it goes. How to switch, and what happens to jobs in progress.
One thing we cannot tell you from BridgeSelect's pages is how your past jobs appear when you add a trader, so we do not claim anything about job history. Ask us or BridgeSelect before you move anything you need to keep.
BridgeSelect is a separate company, not ours. We are one of the traders on its platform. It has not endorsed us and we are not its only trader.
How a job runs with us in BridgeSelect
- Open an account. Send the form on our home page. We check your business, confirm your bank details by phone and connect you to us in BridgeSelect.
- Enter the job. Add the customer and system details in the BridgeSelect portal, which generates the STC assignment form from them.
- Install day. In the app, the installer scans and validates the panel serial numbers, takes the geotagged photos and gets the customer's signature.
- Submit the claim. You check the job and submit it to us. We check it against the regulator's requirements and tell you if something is missing.
- Get paid. We pay within 1 business day of approving the claim and send you a remittance.

What we need from a new account
- The account form. Your business name, ABN, name, phone, email, what kind of business you are, roughly how many STCs a month, and whether you use BridgeSelect. It is on our home page. Please do not put bank details in it.
- A phone check. We call you within one business day, check your ABN, confirm your bank details by phone and send you our trading terms.
- A connection in BridgeSelect. We connect you to us, and you submit your first job.

What it costs
We charge no software fee. Nothing comes off our price for processing, administration, registry or software, and there is no lock-in or minimum.
What BridgeSelect charges you, if anything, is between you and BridgeSelect, and we cannot speak for it. The regulator's advice to installers is to ask each app provider about costs, the nature of the agreement and its terms and conditions.
Our price and payment
As at 5 November 2026 we buy at $38.64 + GST per STC, and we pay within 1 business day of approving a complete claim, solar, batteries and hot water alike.
